Dr. Chaney is everything a new parent, grand parent needs. She explains herself in layman’s terms. She’s very through
Dr. Chaney cares. She is thorough, listens to concerns, & gives the best medical advice. She tells it to u straight and doesn’t mislead you. I know this from my last visit that was primarily a consult, but she still did what she felt was necessary by examination as well. Been with hers for many, many years. I strongly recommend Dr. Chaney if u are in need of a pediatrician!
Professional, very intelligent, and competent. My son loves her and that makes my husband and I feel wonderful.
First, of all she is a good doctor and has being practicing for a long time. The problem I personally have is how the appointments are set. Her office staff need to eat the appointments where a person doesn't have a wait 3 or 4 hours to be seen. What sense does that make. Please change the way you schedule your patients!!!!! Personally people try an find your child a pediatrician or adolescent doctor that schedule their patients out far enough that way you want have to wait 3 or 4voirs for a room. LOVE Dr. Chaney! I started going to her when my daughter was 2yrs. old and had simonella. After being under another pediatrician that just sent us home to just deal with it, Dr. Chaney literally nursed her back to health. She is 19 yrs old now. She has had my son since birth and he is 8yrs old. she is personable, professional and ever so knowledgeable about most anything. What a blessing she is to my family.
My grandbaby was born premature 4 months ago and when she was discharged from the hospital back in May, St. Dominic neonatal staff recommended her. I have taken my grandbaby to see Dr.. Chaney on 4 different occasions, and each time Dr. Chaney has been professional. She always asks if there are any questions are concerns before the visit ends. I have no problem with the staff as I've seen on some of the reviews. They are always courteous & ask if there is a problem or need anything, to call.
Very unprofessional and confronted me after my complaint of rude office staff telling me if I didn't like it I could find another practice. My children have been patient of Dr Yung for 14 years and she wouldn't allow me to address with him. She said this was her practice and he works for her and if I wanted to keep seeing him I should overlook any rude staff, see our doctor and leave.
