Just met with Dr. Palmes for his promotional pillow. I was so impressed with his demeanor as well as that of his office staff, Christin (and dog). He was very informative in what he offers and was very transparent in the process. I immediately set up a free consultation to hear more about the help he can provide to improve my quality of life with pain management. I would recommend a visit with him without question.
Dr. Palmes was very thorough in his explanation of what was going on in my back and how it was linked to the pain I was feeling on a daily basis from my desk job. He provided solutions using a pillow to support my neck while driving and also at my desk. I highly recommend anyone check his practice out!

Dr. Palmes is awesome! He genuinely cares about his patients. He is not only concerned about your chiropractic care but also your goals outside of his care. I first visited him for pain in my upper back. He developed a complete treatment plan and not just temporarily fixing the pain!

This was my first time going to a chiropractor. I didn’t really know what to expect of it. I’ve had problems with my shoulders, generally my upper body and occasionally feeling dizzy and fatigued as I take care of my very active twin toddler boys.
