I was recommended Best life by my husband when I hit chronic neck and shoulder pain and felt paralyzed on my right. Dr. Palmes is thorough. He looks at you, and begins to ask “Where do you have problems?” To be honest, I think he can already tactically feel where some issues are at, but likes to be assured with the patient’s input “how does it feel…here?” And sure enough, it hurts right where he touches, as he begins to work, not only on that spot, but also at the muscles and ligaments surrounding that point of pain, as he explains how tension or misalignments surrounding the point of pain is what causes the problem.
