Dr. Jackson refused to work on my neck after seeing my x-ray out of an abundance of caution. I appreciate that. What hasn't gone well is working with Kitty at the front desk afterward. I'm not sure what her problem is, but she is extremely difficult to deal with. The most unfortunate part, is that there are so few DC's that take insurance around here. I recommend taking the extra time to drive to Fortuna to see Dr. Chris at Fortuna Chiropractic (if you have similar insurance to mine). He's super skilled in a ton of different... read more
Excellent care. Dr. Jackson took a full hour with me to understand my injuries and plan for the best treatment plan moving forward. Over the past few years, I have seen coutnless providers and specialists in an attempt to recover from injuries. Dr. Jackson was the most attentive and thoughtful I have seen thus far.
0/10 - would not recommend To preface: I made an appointment here blindly because this provider was covered by my insurance. I came in because I am experiencing back pain due to pregnancy - I also have a leg length discrepancy, which I informed Dr. Jackson about as it's a key piece of background info, but not the pain that I am currently having.
