If I could give a 0 star I would. My husband had teeth scheduled and pulled yesterday morning at 9. They pulled the whole mouth in less than one hour did not keep and observe him at all and he got up out of the chair and straight to my car. Pouring blood. I had to stop the car and he had to get out bc the blood loss was so bad. We went to the ER and they could not believe what was going on. Dr. van Etta spent less than 20 seconds looking at my teeth after a 2.5 hour appointment and didn't even say anything to me. It was obvious that his staff was TERRIFIED of him. I understand they're bundling the diagnosis and delivery of a treatment plan with the execution of the plan in 1 appointment, but there was NO consideration for my work schedule during this last-minute change in duration to my appointment.
