This review is more about the woman who answers calls and runs the office than their dental care. The woman who runs the front office makes this dental practice an absolute nightmare. She is consistently rude, dismissive, and wildly unprofessional. Basic questions are treated like personal attacks, and her tone alone is enough to make patients feel unwelcome. Absolutely horrendous treatment by the wife receptionist. I accidentally missed an appointment and she cut me off on the phone saying that I owe them $75 now and I said well I don’t have that right now but ,was trying to explain that a filling that he JUST did about 2/3 weeks ago has ALREADY fell out(which believe me, hasn’t been the first OR SECOND to fall out right after!) but of course none of that matters because she’s just screaming “don’t come back until you have the $75 that you owe!” That was completely unacceptable.... read more
The Receptionist is the wife. The good receptionist left a long time ago. Absolute disgrace what this office once was and what it turned into. I feel bad for this man. He has to live with that!!!!
Secretary threw a bucket of vomit on me after i told her i had highmark insurance . Im not sure what the problem was but me and my service animals are going elsewhere!
