Left tarter on my teeth after a cleaning, filled mine and my finances cavities so poorly that we had to get them redone a year later. If you have any other options you should not go here.

The receptionist is horrible. The minute she’s faced with any small challenge or demand she freaks out. She doesn’t know anything about insurance 😭 so if there’s a hiccup expect her to be past unhelpful and become antagonistic. Unprofessional doesn’t do it justice it’s like a dysregulated teenager. The dentist was chill but holyyyy not worth it.

I was referred to Dr Sitterle by a friend. According to my dental insurance provider, Dr. Sitterele accepted my insurance. I called to schedule an appointment and the woman who answered the phone, who I have since come to believe is his wife, asked my insurance. I told her and she said in a loud and very rude tone, "We never heard of that so we aren't taking the appointment then she hung up on me.
