Dr. Neatrour performed Lasik and Smile procedure on my eyes on February 4, 2022. After one year, an additional surgery (cataract), and prescription glasses and readers, my vision is worsening with side effects such as dry eyes, nighttime starbursts, and reduced contrast sensitivity occurs frequently. Beach Eye Care and Dr. Neatrour were made aware of my concern for my vision but it did not warrant a response. He rushes the appointment, gaslights, and runs with the money. Patient BEWARE!!!

I don't usually write reviews, but hopefully my experience can help someone like me reading the reviews before deciding to get something done as serious as laser vision correction. Dr. Neatrour damaged my eyes on purpose doing a LASIK that is outdated and creating a flap smaller than my pupil size to make sure I have problems after surgery. He is a psychopath and money hungry doctor that needs to be checked into a mental hospital. Worst doctor I’ve been to in my entire life.
What a huge disappointment. Paid $2500 to still not be able to see without glasses. Now $700 for glasses. (No. Certainly NOT from Beach Eye Care.) This is NOT the Beach Eye Care that it used to be.
Lots of miscommunications with the office. Hard to get answers, especially in writing. The appt before this one, he never showed and I left. This time, still not addressing the vision problem from a surgery that should have been fixed, more than 1 hr 15 min late. The checkout was way way backed up, several of the items I had required fixing, taking more time to checkout. This place used to be really good when I went there 10 years ago. Sad it is not that way now.
