Have always had excellent service. Dr Harr and staff are awesome
I was diagnosed with psoriasis when I was just a baby. My dr retired and Dr. Harr took over but I have been with them for over 30 years. The staff has always been absolutely wonderful. From a scared child, through my teen years, and my adult years this team has only grown in heart. They have always listened to me and my concerns. They have never pushed a treatment. From first call to check out, exceptional considerate, professional care! What a relief to receive the attention I did today!
Just left this place, arrived 2:50pm for a 3 pm appointment. Was told to reschedule appt. because was not there 30 minutes early to fill out a piece of paper. They acted like they were very special and doing me a favor for seeing me. Only i person in an otherwise empty waiting room. Who do these people think they are, a dermatologist acting like a king. Unbelievable. Stay away from this place if you value your time.
