Dr. Zacko is very professional and a great dentist but his staff (especially receptionist) is very rude and disrespectful. She is going to cause this practice the loss of a lot of customers. She messes up appointment dates and then charges your account, she argues with customers for no reason and is just plain rude.
Dr. Zacko is the 1st doc I've been to in years. I needed multiple visits to bring back the life in my teeth. He and his staff did a wonderful job. They were very thorough and virtually painless! The cost wasn't bad at all, fortunately my dental insurance was accepted which drastically reduced my out of pocket cost. I get quite anxious about dental work, but I have to say that Dr. Zacko and his staff make it as relaxing as possible. They are very patient, cheerful, and take an interest in whatever my concerns are. I never get novacaine or laughing gas during my fillings and procedures, and Dr. Zacko is willing to take his time with me to insure there is very little pain.
Awesome all the way through. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and upbeat people work here. Procedures successful and painless. Dr. Zacko's the greatest.
