I saw Dr. DIxon as a new patient today for routine cleaning & was extremely impressed with how friendly and efficient the office was. The building is old, but the equipment is new.

Simply the best. Highly recommended. Dr. Zacko has provided general dental services for our family since 1978. Wonderful dentist! I am terrified of dentists, but one appointment at this office changed everything. I had 3 fillings, no pain, the dentist told me exactly what was going on each step of the way. I'm going back to get 3 more fillings, and not afraid one bit!

Dr. Zacko was very nice however not the best doctor. Not only did a friend of mine get sent to the hospital by Dr. Zacko (he told her he could extract her wisdom teeth without putting her under - she ended up in the hospital for two days after he pushed her teeth into her jawbone) but the customer service is horrendous. They go out of their way to ensure every patient is made to feel incompetent.

I liked the hygienist. Although I was not quite satisfied with the front office staff. They were friendly to talk to but not very co-operative. Dental exam is very painful.

Went for a teeth cleaning and was told I needed to have two fillings replaced. WHAT a MISTAKE. The replacement filling wasn't done properly, and had to be REDONE. Pain for a year afterwards. Shaved so much off my tooth that my bite has changed and I now have major teeth problems. Dr. Zacko admitted that his dentist had not done the replacement filling properly...as to the cost for fixing the mess...that's on me. Do not go here. I will be having a root canal done on the tooth next week.

Dr. Zacko is old school and won't so anything unnessary. He is fantastic with kids and teenagers. One dentist wanted to do some complicated procedure because of teeth sensitivity. Dr. Zacko thought that wasn't needed and put a liquid protectant on my teeth which worked perfectly. Saved me a lot of time, money and pain! I recommend him to everyone

My family has been a client of Dr. Zacko's practice for over 10 years. We have had good DENTAL experiences, but very poor customer service experiences. The main emphasis lately seems to be money rather than real concern for the patient. Sad.

Dr. Zacko is an old fashioned dentist. I had 3 crowns done at once so I did not have to sit in a dental chair more than I would like. He was reluctant to do the work but did as requested. I have since gotten a mouth guard to avoid any more crowns and return every 6months for cleanings as needed. My visits for cleaning are around 30min. max. and my crowns were done in 2 hours time with 2 visits. If I did not have insurance to cover the cost I would still go to Zacko and use either MSA or FSA.
