I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dr. Schwartz. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt like I was just another number on a chart, rather than a patient in need of care. Dr. Schwartz was insensitive and disrespectful. They showed no empathy or understanding. My appointment felt rushed and impersonal.I would never recommend Dr. Schwartz to anyone. They are the epitome of a terrible doctor. Avoid at all costs..
At a recent visit, I was informed I needed to have cataract surgery. The provider put his finger in my face and stated listen. He then went on a verbal litany of the risks so fast that I finally realized what he was saying when he was done. He then put his finger down he then asked if I have any questions. Well if I did I no longer could recall. I have requested at every visit that he slow down when talking to me due to a head injury. Dr. Schwartz is a superb diagnostician and surgeon. He is extraordinarily professional and thorough. I have complete confidence in his ability to treat my condition.
Very Compassionate. The doctor spent a lot of time with me and explained everything in detail. I had glaucoma and cataract surgery and had an excellent outcome. After surgery he made sure everything healed properly. He even called me the night after the surgery to see how I was doing. I would definitely recommend this doctor.
