Dr. Desser is always gentle and very informative about my choices in health care for my knees.
Dr Panchal is a great doctor and the office is so efficiently run. This is the second great doctor and separate office staff I have seen at Bone and Joint Surgery group with the same great result. All doctor office staff can learn something from this well-oiled machine. It's great when the patients time is also respected.
Dr. Desser very knowledgeable. Dr. Desser shows compassion to his patience.
Even tho there was a small glitch, check in was quick. Of course I filled out a myriad of paperwork prior to this visit, most of which seemed unnecessary (to me at least). There was no wait as I was taken to a room and then to x-ray. Within seconds Dr. Waeltz came in and was extremely pleasant, as always. Office staff courteous and professional.
Most Doctors are a bit bossy but he wants to truly know how you feel without rushing you. Very busy Doctor but makes your problem feel important.
Everyone working in this place are very nice and professional.
