From the front desk to the PA who drains my knees and injects it I am pleased. Great staff and is very positive experience.
Dr Yee’s office staff are very busy, but they always take time to answer my questions, and help me feel comfortable and at ease. During my last visit, I had brought my MRI disk, but didn’t realize I needed a print out of the radiologist report. Dr Yee’s staff went above and beyond and got the report from another source. It’s only been 24 hours since my appt. But my fingers are crossed that I will get relief. Everyone that I came in contact with at the office was respectful, helpful, caring, and upbeat. I am 73 with worn out knees and thought for sure I was headed for replacement surgery. Not yet! Dr Yee explain some alternative procedures that I’m willing to try.
