An amazing experience. Miss Diane explained everything to my son and then asked us, the parents, if we had any questions. She, along were very concerned with my sons comfort and did not want him to experience pain during the extraction of 6 teeth. When our son raised his hand, Miss Diane quickly informed Dr Orr that he was in pain. The doctor stopped immediately and gave him more pain relief. I transferred to Dr. Orr after witnessing his amazing skill and pleasant & caring personality when performing procedures on my husband. You also have a WONDERFUL staff!! Very pleasant and personable. Each of you (including Dr. Orr) make me feel at ease in that dental chair! I have severe anxiety disorder and you guys make my experience comfortable. Thank you for being kind as well as gentle!! I didn't have an appt. but when i called someone had just cancelled so I was able to get right in for a cleaning. The hygenist was thorough, professional, and plesant and Dr. Orr was kind and descriptive of the follow up that needed to be done.
