Once I explained my issue when I called the office, I was given an appointment fairly quickly. I was seen on time. The office people are very courteous and pleasant. Going to the dentist's office generally doesn't rank at the top of anyone's "fun" list, but Dr. Orr, Becky Rhoads, and all the staff at Winchester Family Dentistry do their utmost to make the visit as pleasurable and stress-free an experience as possible.
