Experienced extreme vertigo and nausea. Had a disappointing visit to the ER. Followed up with Dr. Agarwal in the online portal. They were extremely timely in responding and had me scheduled within the day. From the audiologist, to the nurse, to the nurse practitioner, to Dr. Agarwal - everyone was attentive, thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. Had a diagnosis and treatment in office and on the mend.
DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT HAVE HER AS YOUR ENT SPECIALIST. She is very nonchalant about her patients. Her bed side manner is trash. I had surgery she didn’t write anything up for pain. Then waited until the end of day to send in the medicine. She send in only half the amount and I (my mom because I can not talk) have left several messages for her without any response. There are parts in my mouth that hurt that shouldn’t hurt my tongue is burnt as-well as my gum where my wisdom tooth was. Looks like a slop job of a surgery. I h... read more
