This was my first visit to this office. Dr. McLaurin's was prompt and spent adequate time with explaining what would be done and how it would be done. Her staff was professional and helpful with questions and billing information.

The entire team at Dr. McLaurin’s office was patient, kind, and caring! John answered our bazillion questions and was very helpful in figuring out our insurance coverages. The lip tie procedure lasted just a minute or two. We are very happy with how things went. Thank you for taking such great care of us.
They got me right in to have my newborns tongue and lip tie revised. They thoroughly explained the process to me, how to prevent it from reconnecting and we're all super helpful! They even worked on our latch as soon as it was done. I'd highly recommend them!
The office is well organized and efficient. I especially like that the dentist actually checks and cleans my teeth herself.

Staff was extremely polite and knowledgeable. They were able to perform my infants treatment on the spot and we were in the office for the entire visit for less than an hour.
