I originally wrote a review on here titled "never again" however, I have had a change the doctor today was very informative he was very kind he asked me about how I'm feeling. I tried to delete the first review however I could not so I'm trying to now make up for the first review by telling everyone that give that person a second chance because he really did make up for the first time

I think Dr. Hernandez is great. He talks gently to children and makes them feel comfortable. But everytime I have ever interacted with the office staff at the desk, they have been rude and dismissive. Just calling about immunizations records seems to irritate them!

Well it’s been a minute since we’ve seen Dr. Hernandez. My son is now 34. I can’t comment on the office staff. But I can tell you that he is a wonderful dr. And we have had lots of visits back in the day for all sorts of things. Some more serious than others. But he’s always been honest and concerned and cared with best intentions. We love Dr Hernandez, he is very patient and always listens to our concerns, my kids love him! Thank you Dr Hernandez! Nosotros amamos al Dr Hernández, tiene mucha paciencia con los niños y siempre escucha nuestras preocupaciónes. Mis hijos les encanta el Dr Hernández! My 25 year old daughter is a previous patient of Dr. Hernandez and is now a mother herself. She moved back to the area from New Hampshire with my 1 year old grandson. She called to make his one year check up with Dr. Hernandez and brought all the paperwork the front staff said to bring. The day of the appointment, she had to take the morning off of her NEW job, she shows up 15 minutes early to fill out paper work and was denied her appointment because she did not have the right documentation for his shot records. Refused to see sick 2 year old twins(established patients) because they did not have an appointment. I walked in the office on a Friday afternoon with one child having a temp of 102.7 and told they need to make an appointment or take them to an urgent care. Had the nerve to tell me the only one open that see kids is 20 miles away from where we live. Why have a primary Care Doctor that can never see your kids when needed?

We’ve been seeing Dr. Hernandez since my son was born in 2014. We’ve felt very comfortable with him and I personally like how he talks to us like people, if we have any questions. He seems to know all the up to date AAP with some things that do change. Not to mention he’s obviously great with children. My son has always been happy to go see him. I love watching the way he interacts with my son. I’m due with my second and am happy to continue going to Dr. Hernandez.

Dr H was my sons pediatrician when my son was 3-4 years old. My son felt welcome there and we never had any issues.I did however,bring up a concern about my son,and I asked him about adhd. While my son was young I truly felt I knew him best. Unfortunately Dr. H didn’t hear out my concerns and recommended a sleep study. 3 years later I’m writing this review. I have had my son assessed for being gifted.While my son is gifted he also does have ADHD.Trust your instincts!

I was referred to Dr Hernandez by a family who is now taking their own children to see him. I am so happy that we chose this pediatrician. He is kind, gentle, knowledgeable, always listens to our concerns while offering advice and even sometimes reaffirming what we assume with factual information. We are always seen in a courteous and timely manner, his office staff is polite and helpful.
