Went for intake this afternoon and was really disappointed, my partner and I left without seeing Dr. Skupsky. The clinic was so money focused and unwelcoming that we felt they couldn't be trusted with our health-care. First impression was an unwelcoming elderly receptionist who gave us forms to fill out and told us that we would not be allowed to go to external walk-ins once becoming patients because it meant their doctor would be charged a fee. Dr. Gerald Skupsky is an exceptional family doctor who truly cares about his patients. He listens attentively, explains everything clearly, and provides thoughtful, personalized care. Friendly, professional, and highly recommended!
The receptionists are nice, respectful and punctual. Wait times are reasonable and the facility is very clean. Dr.Skupsky and Rn.Skupsky are very kind, respectful, knowledgeable, professional and attentive. They take their jobs very seriously and really care about their patients. I always felt heard and not rushed out. I’m very grateful for them.
We have been patients of his for 48 years and have no complaints. Yes, we wait sometimes an hour to see him but are always treated well and are not rushed out of the office like some places. He explains things patiently and is very professional!
