Have come in 6x now and my sciatica pain went from a pain level of 10 down to a 4 as of today.. iv taken no drugs to help with pain.. just coming in for adjustments and doing my own personal physical therapy at home on the side.. but I can definitely already feel a change in my posture, and my range of motion is way better.
