For the first appointment I showed up. I did not received any reminder for my appointment. My appointment was at 9. The receptionist said I have to wait 1-2 hours. Very unorganized. I walked out.
I met Dr. Elena Marshall, GYN, for the first time today, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. Although this is a busy and well-known office, everything moved quickly and efficiently. I was checked in right away, and the front desk staff especially Aurora was calm, professional, and welcoming, which made the process smooth. One of the worst experiences ever at an OBGYN. DO NOT TRUST THIS OFFICE. The front office sets the tone for the facility and they are beyond terrible - they are incompetent, miserably rude women. Dr marshall is ok but clearly she doesn’t care enough to have a team of people who care to uplift the facility and the patients who walk through the door. Save your time and peace of mind, and find a facility who views you as a human and not another bill to charge insurance.
Terrible service. 4 appointments and never saw the doctor. Ridiculous wait times. Outrageous bills because staff didnt check insurance before making orders.
I like Dr. Marshall and feel she is overwhelmed but competent and incredibly nice however most of the office staff is rude and unpleasant. Prepare to wait for an hour for your appointment in a very crowded sometimes standing room only lobby. Now I learn that annual exams will be only conducted by the nurse practitioner, Donna who is awful. No bed side manner but also a heavy handed woman who makes the exam incredibly painful. I’ve never yelled out “ow” in any exam prior and I had vaginal bleeding for a full day. Not ok.
