Efficient and effective.
The office is totally professional and friendly. They see you at your appointment time. Unfortunately, this isn't common in most Dr's offices. Dr. Song is very knowledgeable and approachable.
Dr. Song was exactly the experienced, articulate, and confident practitioner that I had hoped to see. His hands on treatment was effective and I know I am in good hands!
Dr. Song and his staff provide excellent medical care. I'm also very impressed with how his clinic runs because it is always on time with almost no wait times at any stage in the process. I appreciate that attention to patient care.

Prompt and clean service
Not too long of a wait, but cannot give any information yet as I am a new patient and no further treatment has been done as yet.
I felt very rushed during the exam. He quickly went through some exercises to check out the mobility of my torn rotator cuff shoulder, give me a quick description of what the surgery entails and then quickly ran out the door. He seems like a very astute doctor, but I’m afraid he’s going to rush through the surgery.
Staff was personable, efficient and prompt. Dr. Song is outstanding!
