This is the first time I ever went to an orthopedic doctor. Dr. song was very professional, friendly, and put me at ease right away. I feel confident in listening to his advice. I have already recommended him to my cousin. I did not answer the ease of scheduling urgent appointments because it did not apply to me.
Very personable and very knowledgeable based on my prior visit but this time felt very rushed. He spent only 6 minutes with me.

Entire staff is professional and informative.
I came in with a right shoulder labrum tear. Dr. Song was fantastic in delivering the best care possible. He was very personable, conveying information in a way I could understand. Both pre-op and post-op he was there checking in on me, making sure I felt okay. As a patient I really felt Dr. Song took his time to make sure I was doing okay, not rushing to leave. I truly got the sense he cared about his patient. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a orthopedic surgeon.
