I was happy with this practice until they became unreachable mid-treatment plan. They failed to fax my referral to the oral surgeon office and that’s when all contact was lost. I have left message after message and I do not understand how any business, let alone something as important as a dentists’ office can simply stop answering the phone and stop responding to messages left by an EXISTING patient!
