Dr. Franklin Tran and his team (Daphanie, etc.) were exceptional to deal with. I have been a lifelong active person and have had some long-term knee issues that I have managed as well as I could. Aside from being an amazing surgeon, Dr. Tran's strategic and thoughtful approach has been so incredibly appreciated. After numerous ER and walk-in clinic visits over a year and a half due to repeated knee injuries, Dr. Patrick Yoo at Progress Centre Medical finally referred me to Dr. Tran. He correctly diagnosed me with a bucket-handle meniscus tear and performed a successful meniscus repair within a month. The pain is now gone, and I’m currently in the rehabilitation phase. Dr. Tran, I can't thank you enough!
Overall Dr Tran and his staff are very knowledgeable. Support staff such as the receptionist extremely helpful. But the Reason for the 3 stars is because I had to wait a month and bit going back and forth through email and phone calls just for a medical note. Had to extend my medical note due date 3 times before I received the note. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they may have been busy and maybe a lot going on in there end. But overall not the greatest experience. But again really do appreciate the reception... read more
Dr. Tran repaired both broken hips of my Mom. Thankfully Dr. Tran was on call both times Mom went to the emerg. My Mom liked him, a lot so my brother and myself knew he was the right Dr. for Mom. Thanks Dr. Tran.
