The Doctors are great and so is their work, however, one front desk individual is absolutely unprofessional and ornery. I expressed concerned about something and the lady basically hung up on me after I became frustrated with her attitude. You should act maturely and with better business sense before you talk to your customers on the phone in such a belittling manner that simply says I don't have time for you or your concerns and they are certainly of no concern of mine. Simply unacceptable.
