The receptionists never answer the phone. I understand a dr’s office gets extremely busy but it’s almost impossible to get ahold of someone to make an appointment. Also some of the employees have a horrible attitude 👎🏼
Absolutely LOVE my doctor (Dr.Bannister). I am absolutely terrified of doctors and medical settings. She makes me feel so comfortable and very safe. She talks to you like a person, doesn’t talk down to you. Dr. Bannister is really genuine. I wish she could be my dentist and any other doctor I may need in the future too 🤣🤣—-I highly recommend her!!
I cancelled my application and told the girl I need someone to contact me about scheduling appt outside of my work hours, this was a couple weeks ago at least and no one has reached out to me cause they don't really care about their patients I'm looking for a different place that'll care more HORRIBLE PRACTICES NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!!!
