I was on vacation in Myrtle Beach and one of the arms on my glasses broke off. I called them and asked them if they would be able to fix my glasses. They told me to come and let them look at the glasses. I arrived and was helped immediately by a very friendly lady. She took my glasses and the broken arm into the back to have their technician see what he could do. Ten minutes later the technician came out with my glasses repaired. He said he was able to find a spare arm that matched my frame exactly and put it on my frame. I ... read more
