spent a arm and a leg on glasses elsewhere, came to see Matt and his staff and he literally bent over backwards for me and made the glasses 10 times better than I expected. I will now only go here for now on. Huge difference in service and quality and they make everything on site once the lenses arrive. Update got another pair of glasses and they did a even better job on theses. Thanks Mat and staff. They gave me an appointment in March for late June, then sent reminder with wrong date and said doctor wouldn't be in on date they gave me. Won't be returning.
I had my 1st visit to Pearle Vision Center in Myrtle Beach. The eye exams for my wife and I were very thorough and informative. The doctor performed some different tests on us since he saw that we each required individual needs. The staff was friendly and professional, both in the doctor's office section and at the front eyeglass shop. They worked with me to get me the best deals. I would highly recommend them.
I called ahead to see if I could get extra contacts while on vacation. I was told I needed a valid prescription, but I explained that I was out of contacts, couldn't see, and didn’t have my glasses with me. I asked them to fax my prescription, and when I followed up, they said it was expired but that I could still purchase contacts for $20. Based on that, I went in person.
