Everyone was extremely nice and positive except the insurance lady. She made me feel like crap. I was so upset when I left her office. She was so negative. I know I will have to continue to deal with her but I don't have to like her.
The best group of surgeons. Their bedside manners are second to none. I was treated as if I was their only patient. All my questions we answered as if they had never heard them before and I was their #1 priority. Their patients and respectful demeanor helps when having surgery.
I just love each of them to pieces , especially my Surgeon Dr. Lane. I could go on and on, but the entire office has made me feel like family, never once have I felt judged, or looked down upon. Dr. Lane helped me save my life. I had my surgery on March 23rd 2015 , weighing at 414lbs and until yesterday I am at 178lbs. Just wish I knew how to share a before/after photo on here. God Bless these wonderful Surgeons, making a difference a little at a time, and truly care and love their patients.
Dr. Dusty Smith is amazing! Best thing ive ever done! I have a picture of my stomach few days post op compared to now, no visible scars!!
