Dr. Barnett is the best. If it wasn't for her I would not be walking today. i will never see anybody but her.
This is the third time that Dr. Barnett has performed a procedure that has greatly improved my mobility. I would not go to any other neurosurgeon.

Dr. Barnett has now operated twice on me. Last Summer on my lower back and yesterday on my neck. Dr. Barnett is the best surgeon that has operated on me. Besides her operating room skills, she explains everything in detail all in a friendly manner and will answer all questions even the ones you don't know you should ask.
Dr. Barnett is a fabulous physician, an excellent surgeon and a wonderful human being. I can't thank her enough for fixing my neck. Her staff adores her. Het hospital team admires her and she loves them.
I tried several times to schedule w/Dr. Barnett to discuss surgery options on my lumbar spine. Unfortunately after a month of calls, emails, voicemails, messages and doctor referrals that follow her staff "rules" for initial appointments, I still have no scheduled appointment or any sign of one. Dr. Barnett, I was referred to you in the highest regards from previous patients. It's a shame your staff isn't capable of returning calls or emails to provide a basic level of customer service & care.
I was a new patient referred by another doctor. I called today and received the most disrespectful and condescending treatment from the RUDE individual who answered the phone. I was treated as an inconvenience and not a new patient seeking a doctor to address my issues. Dr. Barnett, the individuals answering your phone are the voice and face of your practice. The RUDE person I spoke with truly needs some sensitivity and professional C/S training to understand that patients build your business.
