It's good to have a place like this where you can get your phone fixed. It's still capitalism at its finest by definitely an improvement on the old quirky system. My suggestion is call them before your insurance carrier if your carrier is Asurion. They have a good concept but poorly executed. They let item numbers dictate the whole process so if you have a distance you prefer to travel call Mrfixit and then your carrier
