WARNING: READ THE REVIEWS! This place is exactly as everyone has been describing it. Both the receptionist and the doctor are unprofessional, rude, unorganized, and unavailable. Do not go to this location I repeat do not go to this place. For starters this is the only place that will make you pay your co payment upfront before even doing services. 2nd the doctor there is very rude and does not care about there patients. The trained nurses have more empathy than the doctor. I do not recommend Felix Sigal, DPM, Foot and Ankle Clinic, and will escalate this complaint to the California Board of Podiatric Medicine and the California Department of Consumer Affairs. Despite scheduling a callus removal procedure, DPM Kiarash Bakhaj aggressively cut my toenails without consent. In less than a minute, he ripped off half of the nails on my right foot, causing extreme discomfort and damage. Dr. Sigal office in antelope valley IS THE WROST DOCTOR OFFICE EVER ! I do not recommend him to anyone . He wasn’t comforting to any of the issues that was going on with me being a patient. I asked for surgery and instead he REFUSED to do so and told me to get another doctor. He was very careless about my situation. The office itself was depressing and dark and VERY cold. I went for an initial consultation. An assistant doctor, Dr Bakhaj saw me. Totally UNIMPRESSIVE! I feel I’ve gotten better care at urgent care clinics. He seemed not interested in your particulars. Asked to come back for X-rays ( another visit). And in general not very sympathetic with a tone that wants to help you. Now am debating NOT GOING BACK for X-rays and to find somebody else. Anyone else but this doc!! If you are viewing these reviews to decide. Do not read any more and go elsewhere. Waste of time, money and hope!
