Went in hoping for information and relief, left without either. Dr. couldn't be bothered to anwer any questions or offer any advice despite repeated inquiry. Dr. was rushed and dismissive, made me feel like I was inconvenienceing him.
Horrible support staff. They make appointments without your permission, then claim that you never answered your phone. They want to upsell thier shoe inserts send you to a substandard fitter, so you end up having to use their service.
WARNING: READ THE REVIEWS! This place is exactly as everyone has been describing it. Both the receptionist and the doctor are unprofessional, rude, unorganized, and unavailable. Good luck getting on the phone with anybody. If you do, they will literally tell you to go find another doctor. I have a recorded call as proof. Do not go to this location I repeat do not go to this place. For starters this is the only place that will make you pay your co payment upfront before even doing services. 2nd the doctor there is very rude and does not care about there patients. The trained nurses have more empathy than the doctor. I visit this location to get a toe mail removed, I specifically asked for my toe mail to be removed doctor was very rude at start telling me we not doing no surgery today to come back and when took sample of my mail it was almost ... read more
I do not recommend Felix Sigal, DPM, Foot and Ankle Clinic, and will escalate this complaint to the California Board of Podiatric Medicine and the California Department of Consumer Affairs. Despite scheduling a callus removal procedure, DPM Kiarash Bakhaj aggressively cut my toenails without consent. In less than a minute, he ripped off half of the nails on my right foot, causing extreme discomfort and damage.
