Dr. Velasco made me wait on the curb outside her office while she was late from running her errands. She didn't even try to call my cell to let me know she was running late. I was already feeling uneasy about my first-time visit and now I feel abandoned! She was the receptionist and the doctor, which seemed off keel to me.
