There os a room for improvement but it is a good clinic.
VERY good doctor, and her staff are great as well. They are always open on time and all the staff and the doctor are always arrive at the same time each day. Dr. FE and the counselors are very helpful and full of knowledge. They are ready to help anyone who is ready to help themselves.
I have been seeing this doctor for about two weeks now I am a new patient for the Suboxone treatment and I must say it has been going wonderful she explains me in detail everything I need to know any questions I have she will tell me she's nice she gives me a lot of information about other things that are involved with this she spent four hours with me at one of my appointments . I've been in this clinic for 4 years now. My first year was tough, but got over it. Yes, doctor Velasco is always late. When i say always, it means everyday( except sundays of course)for 4 years. Nonetheless, this place saved my life. Doctor Velasco might have bipolar but helped me understand my addiction and shes very knowledgeable and helpful. I been a patian over two yeRs n evrything was ok id never open my mouth because dr. Velasco dont like da. W.e happens you shuld not say nothing cuz if you do she messes with your dose. But when i comes to the money dats all she cares about. Shez not helpfull at all. If there was a way to put -10 on her review i would do it....... all i got tO say is da this not a clinick u wana go if you relly wana get clean
Okay so I have been a patent here for 2 years. I don't have a ton of experience with Clinics but we must remember people making reviews are drug addicts. That being said yes she is ALWAYS late in the morning - shows up 6:45 to 6:50 and doesnt seem to bother her. She is definitely a bit crazy, but if you are just looking to get dosed and want insurance it could be worse. Dr. Velasco should have her medical license taken way. She is rude and will not help you I 100% believe that if she had any problem with you or ask any kind of question she messes with your dose. All she even cares about is money she is very rude. Also her staff are her husband and children so when your having a problem no one is on your side. This is the worst clinic ive ever been to the counselor i had doesnt give a damn about the patients, you would think since this place is suppose to help people they would have some sort of compassion but they dont AT ALL. If you dont do exactly what they want they kick you out (what do they expect that youre going to be a changed person over night?)
