I typically don’t write reviews, but I was surprised by some of the negative feedback about this office. In my experience, the doctor’s team has always been patient, positive, understanding, and willing to help. Many of the staff have personal experience with health issues, which really shows in how they approach and support patients day to day. Complete confusion. Went here once and was sent to Troy for bloodwork. My arm was all bruised up fom drawing blood so I went to an urgent care to make sure the red blotch was not an infection or Injury. Office called and told me he would like another test. Waited several weeks and no call. When I called the Dr's. office was told very rudely once paperwork is sent to troy they wash their hands of it. Evidently washed their hands too soon. Infusion.
