Had Egg retrieval with Dr Chuong and it was the best decision. Everyone at Baptist was so kind, caring, and compassionate. You can tell they really care about their patients. Everyone I came into contact with was incredible but a special thank you to Marcella my nurse during the retrieval and Denise who was my nurse for many of the visits. They could not have been kinder or more patient with me.
Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this office. I went to consult about freezing my eggs and before giving me the pricing/providing me with a financial consultation, they performed several tests/ultra sounds and bloodwork all of which they stated would be covered by insurance. Once those results were in, they finally provided me with the financial consult where they explained that the procedure would be a flat fee for X amount of eggs and if they were able to retrieve more, it would be X amount of dollars mor... read more
