I am disappointed with the admin. staff who are supposed to call you back when your lenses arrive and for questions related to refund . I am forced to call and follow up regarding my refund for Ortho K even though they promised to get back to me.
I needed some adjustments for my sunglasses, a thicker frame, and everything and everyone was great. Bhavini took care of everything and is excellent to work with. I look forward to working with lenscrafters at this location in the future.
