So I had recently called my local lenscrafters and let them know my puppy decided they would make a great chew toy. A representative named Karen answerd the phone asked me if i had a back up pair while I wait for the replacement I said i couldn't afford it she laughed and laughed and laughed at me because I was broke that was very unprofessional and i have brought it up to head office. Ive been using Lenscrafters for 40 years I will never come back
