Since last visit I feel the service been changed still I like the place by the way they came to hunt my daughter at the optometrist office immediately after she finished her exam and drag her to the store and been a bit pushy to pick an eyeglasses while she wanted to think about it all visit been under stress because they kept brining on top of you head :(
I just received a scheduled eye exam appointment email, but I never booked it. It seems to be for an annual check-up, which might have been set automatically — but I did not agree to it or confirm that I would return. and I click the link of cancle appointment, but leaded me to rescheduled site, and called 2 times and no one answer.... Great service, the deal coming from the optometrist next door is pretty good and then you can get extra discounts if you buy a second pair - all well explained. In fact they helped me choose between the options with the most discounts over the total purchase. Highly recommend it.
