This is an exemplary physician, we've been with her practice for almost 5 years. It is clear that she cares deeply for her patients and for families overall. She notices subtle issues, and will refer out appropriately as needed. I recommend to any family for their child without reservation.
Dr Spencer is the best pediatrician I have found period and I work in the health care field. Staff have all been great and scheduling an appointment in advance or at the last minute has been very easy. Highly recommend!
My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Spencer for the past 6 years. Her bedside manners are excellent, and she has called on several occasions in the evening to follow up on my daughter. In regards to appointments, even when she is busy and depending on the severity of my daughter's ailment, Dr Spencer can usually squeeze her in.
Dr. Spencer has been our pediatrician for 14+ years. The staff is very outgoing and her nurse Shasta is absolutely the very best. I love that she takes time to listen and explain treatments in detail. We have a large family with a variety of medical issues and feel confident in her medical advice every time. I love the way she will let the human body heal itself and not push medications unnecessarily. Her rating to us is ten stars, hands down!!!!
Dr. Spencer consistently spends significant time with us to make sure she understands what's going on, determine the best course of action, and answer questions. Dr. Spencer, Shasta, and the other office nurses consistently go above and beyond to coordinate our care with other offices, answer all questions, and even give follow up phone calls. The front desk staff consistently gets us in for short notice appointments, is always welcoming, and helps keep our little one separated from sick kids.
We love Dr. Spencer! She is always so personable and knowledgeable. I actually saw her as a patient when I was a kiddo and we are excited to bring our baby (due in a few weeks) into her care. We love her bedside manner and think her nurse Shasta is the best! We've referred friends to her and all of our young family members enjoy their visits to her office. She even called one of my friend's while on vacation to check to see how her daughter was feeling after an appointment. 5 stars all around!!!
Good until recent. She got lot of new patients and has no time. Very tough to schedule a appointment for sick child and end up going to ER or urgent care during work hours. Staff is very rude in their responses.
We have been going to this doctor for 2yr.But since last 6 months,doctor had no time.When our child was sick, we had difficulty getting an appointment.She had no appointments for next 2-3 days and the staff failed to contact back if there was any appt available later.This happened to us 4 times we end up going to urgent care.Recently kid had high fever & ear infection. we called the clinic & staff was so rude asked us to go ER & dint give any appt during work hour & not bothered to call back
