Actually, I could care less about the waiting room chairs- cheap or expensive, and the loudness of the waiting room experience is beside the point. I choose my medical practitioners (and those for my children) based on the quality of the direct service, knowledge. and ability to be responsive to my needs as a client. In regards to these, more important measurements, Dr Eve Shapiro's office has earned 5 stars for me over the last few years. Wellness.com should find more relevant questions to ask on it's survey.

I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
