Customer service over the phone was efficient and friendly. I was able to get in and see Dr Simonson quickly. He spent a good amount of time explaining the ct scan results and laying out options for going forward. Leaving the office I was happy with the treatment I chose.

It's difficult to find a good doctor that knows what he/she is doing, but that you can also trust, feel comfortable with and that is kind & understanding. When I met Dr Simonson I didn't just take his word for it, I researched him & his history and then we asked him a LOT of questions! He didn't flinch at all but was understanding and honest.
