Took the time to listen and talk through what needed to happen. My son and it felt genuinely taken care of.
Since having surgery two months ago, I’ve seen Dr Simonsen at least 6 times. He is always very prompt and professional. He always takes the time to show me my X-rays and also answer any questions that I have. So far my surgery seems to be a success.
Dr Simonson is helping me reopen a claim to get my foot fixed and back to normal.
He was very informative and explained everything. He gave us options and made us feel like we had a voice.
Patient, very knowledgeable, always makes me feel as if I am his only patient, takes time to go over xrays and explains treatment and options, outcomes and plans so I can understand and follow his recommendations. Many friends have had Dr. Simonson also and all agree he is the very best. I was very happy with the entire process from beginning to present. the greatest in my opinion.

Customer service over the phone was efficient and friendly. I was able to get in and see Dr Simonson quickly. He spent a good amount of time explaining the ct scan results and laying out options for going forward. Leaving the office I was happy with the treatment I chose.
