Dr. Simonson was wonderful! He spent time with me and answered my questions freely and honestly in a way that I could understand. He wasn't impatient or condescending and didn't propose surgery as the first option. I'd very highly recommend him, especially after my impression of the prior podiatrist I'd seen.

I had a list of questions for the doctor but before I got my list out he had answered them.I feel very comfortable going forward with the surgery.DrSimonson's demeanor and professionalism made me confident in him and therefore I will have the surgery.
I met with Dr. Simonson recently and was very impressed with his thorough evaluation, knowledge, and ability to explain the injury to my foot. He was concerned that I regain the ability to walk without a limp and recommended PT exercises. He answered my questions, showed the x-ray to me and included comments that were helpful to my understanding my broken leg and fracture in my foot. I highly recommend this Dr. Simonson.
