I go to the district location. Started with Renee Rocha and she was truly the best. Then all of a sudden was switched to another provider then another. The front desk staff are horrible, unkind, rude and unprofessional. Learn some customer service ladies! Near every single time I call, I get a “hold” and get placed on hold for 10, 15, 20 minutes at a time. This place sucks!!!! Gave my husband an appointment on may 25 (memorial day) so I called them days before to verify that they’d be open , they said I called the district blvd location but that they’d transfer to the Brundage location (where his appt was going to be at) …girl at brundage location picked up and again I asked her if they’d be open and she said yes!! We even confirmed the time . So here we are at the location and appt time that was given …..OFFICE CLOSED !!!! Really? Wasted gas and time !

I literally Hate! This place and the women that work at the front Desk they are very unprofessional Lack of communication never call you back to give you the results of what you had done at your appointment when you call the front desk they put you on hold for 30 minutes to an hour just to still not answer your calls when you hang up they dont bother to even call you back you will literally be left with no answers of what's going on with your body until you get real upset and call the head person over them I been going here ... read more

This place is a very good place to be seen. The Dr's here and the staff care about your health and well being they are amazing caring and kind. And the wait time isn't that long at all idk what others are talking about my kids and i have been going here for years
