This place is a very good place to be seen. The Dr's here and the staff care about your health and well being they are amazing caring and kind. And the wait time isn't that long at all idk what others are talking about my kids and i have been going here for years

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Waited an hour after my appointment and still wasn't able to be seen. Was told it's always like that by the front desk.
Horrible place. Pinnacle primary care denied me healthcare and did not allow me to proceed with my appointment based off a computer error I know to be incorrect. Administration ladies with completely dismissive attitude. Sarcastic. Did not care for me at all, treated me as less than a person. Gave me unclear instructions, I did not understand at all, and I asked for confirmation several times but was dismissed. Looks like I can no longer access healthcare and might as well be dead.
