Was pleased with the care I received.
Very disappointed. I went to her for headaches, vision and balance problems and she was focused on “neuropathy” and tried to order a lumber mri that so happens to share the same office. I am concerned with my brain, and shes focused on back issues. I will see another doctor.
I Did not like her at all. She had me on a medication that cost over $2,500 a month. When I told her I couldn’t afford that she didn’t care. She said it was my problem to figure out how to get it. I went back to my old neurologist and she put me on a much more affordable medication. She also makes herself much more accessible and really cares. If you’re looking for a good neurologist don’t pick Dr. Young. You’ll regret it!
I’m on hold for 45min.. Mayo clinic had better patient services and they have a much larger amount of patients to deal with. Well the reviews are troubling but unsurprising when I realize the doctor who trained her has caused the most problems for me this year from UofM. They are taught a protocol of doing harm and milking their patients for all it’s worth. It is a joke to even label them as doctors since they clearly fail to perform every time. I agree 100% of all of these reviews and have experienced many of the same things. This office should be shut down. Office staff is rude, incompetent, not helpful, treats patients like their bothering them. Dr Young is not a good doctor. Does not care about your health. Takes forever to get an appointment, wait forever in the waiting room to only spend 10min with her while you feel rushed the entire time. I will never go back to this office.
