Never go into an appt. and expect to get out under three hours. This place is hectic, unorganized, and the atmosphere feels more like an overbooked poorly run hair salon than a professional medical office.
I am a Veteran suffering from several issues, one of which is chronic Low Blood Counts. Doctor Easter Pollard has continuously maintained a very high level of being Professional and is very good in breaking down medical terms into what a lay-man can understand. I find my visits to her and her staff as very courteous, and knowledgeable. I have seen her doing well above and beyond what other doctors do, e.g., I have seen her checking on her hospitalized patients at 1:00-2;00 a.m. She cares !
