Waiting for 4 hours in rooms filled with sick patients obviously being treated in various stages of cancer, Dr not even in the building. No regard to say you won’t get in until after 6 pm
I love Dr. Pollard, she listens and she cares. I would recommend her. She is one of the good ones.
She is amazing and makes time for her patients. She shows you great compassion and care thoughout your illness and shares treatment options to tackle your illness. The staff is well informed and ready to help.
Dr. Pollard always fights for her patients. The wait time is a little long. When my mother was sick in the hospital and coding she went to see me first before she went to the office. My mother is with me today because of her. If you are willing to wait. She will go above and beyond for you.
Doctor Pollard has been treating me since 2015, and I would not have it any other way. She is extremely thorough and efficient. If you want real care and not a production line event meaning that you want more than two or three minutes and no time to ask questions go elsewhere because she does not short change her patients for anything. There is no other doctor that puts as much time into their patients.

Chaotic office, no communication or follow through
Very bad care. No communication, constant chaos. Do not use
Never go into an appt. and expect to get out under three hours. This place is hectic, unorganized, and the atmosphere feels more like an overbooked poorly run hair salon than a professional medical office.
