We really appreciate her in our community. I remember the day my mom got real sick and the hospital told me to take home to be comfortable to pass. If I could give zero stars I would. I heard Dr. Pollard is wonderful but I wouldn’t know as I never got to get passed whoever answers there phones. My mother is dying and was referred here. I called to see where we were at in the scheduling process because a referral had been sent more than 2 weeks ago. The lady who answered the phone was rude from the first hello.
