Awful. Ongoing problems with late medication refills, office rarely answers phone calls, doctor and staff unresponsive to voicemails…also this doctor was involved with a problem with CT State years ago - something with billing practices- look it up online.

Appointments canceled repeatedly, once when I was driving to the appointment. Changed to phone visits frequently when she wanted to work from home. The last visit was changed that day to a phone visit...and she never called, despite knowing that I was acutely grieving the recent loss of my significant other. Referred me to a counselor at the practice and I arrived for the first visit to find he had 'canceled his afternoon' without anyone notifying me. I am not a particularly needy patient but this is ridiculous. An absolute ... read more

I really love how Dr Shahab expresses her dedication and loves to prescribe medication for people like me. I go normally monthly or sometimes weekly to Dr Shahab's office just to check in on my symptoms of having a psychotic disorder but I do understand the medication aspect of what it is like for medication to asbord into my body which is the science aspect I like about Dr Shahab's job and going to her clinic to also talk with Kelly Schmidt one of the best recommended therapists to talk to if you ever have problems or conce... read more

My teenaged daughter has been going several years. At first, I was so relieved we found help. She was very nice and attentive when I met with her the first time. As time went in, she’d wait half hour-hour to see her. The Dr would never remember a thing about her age, school, symptoms etc. - even though she had everything on computer. My daughter felt like a number and paycheck to the Dr. The front desk does not bill you by mail - I had asked several times so I could have receipts and keep track. They’d cancel appts without t... read more

If you are thinking of doing TMS in that office, pick another office/doctor. There is a "mission statement" posted in the lobby, but it should be taken down or revised because it refers to "honesty, integrity, honor, respect" and she does not deliver. The staff is fine, but, the doctor is unreliable, and there is only so much they can do. I experienced many patients arriving in the office only to be told their appt. has been cancelled. I saw this 5-6 times. More to write, but no space.
