My wife and daughter had a horrible experience 6.4.24. Dr Milan raised his voice at my wife for seeking a second opinion. He was so loud that me made my son & daughter cry in fear. He forced my daughter’s legs apart so he can examine her for a suspected UTI. His staff has always been great, I really thought he was a decent conservative doctor until yesterday. He really needs to a visit from the medical board or his pediatric board and see how he treats his patients. I will never recommend him nor forget the way he treated my... read more

The worst! This is the second time he has left my children uncomfortable and sick. The first time, he dismissed my concerns, just to have my child end up with a sever sinus infection. I concluded that as human error. Today, he wrote me off as a crazy, overreactive coronavirus band-wagon mom. He wouldn’t even let us ask questions. He came in with a pre-rehearsed speech on the importance of diet. My son is still in pain and will go to a qualified doctor at urgent care first thing tomorrow. He will never again have the privileg... read more

This office never answers the phones, the disclaimer about phone times on there recording is false & the lunch time that they don't answer calls is 2 1/2 hours. My son needed expedited care & I couldn't reach them. When I inquired why this is I was met with attitude & hanging up. I finally spoke with the physician & he was just interested in lecturing me & denied me having paperwork from the urgent care that I was holding in my hand. He has a huge Ego & doesn't like questions

Dr. Millan neglected my 21 month old son when he was very sick & running very high fevers. He was seen by urgent care and misdiagnosed and Millan didn’t want to see him for a follow up. When I insisted he see him he was annoyed and spent less than 5 min with my son & told me to refer to his sick children’s guide for fevers as he walked out of the room. My son was in the ER the next day because of his neglect! Ruby the FO girl is extremely rude and passive aggressive

First time mom with son who was constantly ill. When I would ask about there being something wrong, his response was .No, all small children get sick often. After many visits with him & ER(who told me adtl testing needed by primary) I brought it up again and he said that the ER exaggerated & why did I take him to the ER, you just want there to be something wrong with him? I could not believe it! I switched Dr. right away. After all suffering new Dr did testing and its food allergies! Not nothing!

I love this Doctor, and my 14 year old daughter says he's the best doctor she's had. Only thing that doesn't go good with him, is the fact that he has so many patients, I spent 30 minutes on the phone, only to be asked if I could please hold!! No I'm sorry, but that's too long of a wait. I think he needs 2 phone lines, or a new secretary.

The staff is nice. Problem is they hardly ever answer the phones because they are so busy (under staffed). As for dr. Millan I like him at first. Then it started to be a lecture every time I went in. I felt stupid for asking questions even tho I'm a first time mom. In my opinion take your baby to someone else if your like me and want to ask questions. Which is normal!!! Also told me my son didn't need an important surgery when In fact he does. And I would have much rather of done this months ago

I felt like he was more of a lecturer about parenting rather than a doctor I could discuss my son's health concerns...when I pointed out to him the terrible scheduling at the reception he said to talk to his office manager about it because he doesn't deal with that!

Dr. Millan does not accept children who are not fully vaccinated to the CDC schedule according to their front office. So if you want a thinking doctor who doesn't just toe the party line, this is not the doctor for you.
