Doctor is friendly and there are no complaints about her care. The wait times are a joke. I waited an hour and 10 minutes (could have been longer, but I complained) to then get attitude from the RN who checked me in. No communication they were that far behind schedule. They cancel your appointment if you are 15 minutes late, yet the patients can sit there for 70+ minutes. When I asked why it took so long, the response was, do you want to continue or not? Rude! I had osteo manipulative therapy by Dr. O'Hara for the first time, and it was amazing. The best treatment for my shoulder pain due to a rotator cuff injury. She took her time to fully examine me, and went from there. I immediately felt relief. I can't wait for my next appointment. Thank you Dr. O'Hara!

Dr. O'Hara is wonderful. She takes the time to listen to questions and gives answers that are forthright and knowledgeable. I tend to get nervous at my doctor's visits and overthink everything - she was comforting and reassuring and helped me not to sweat the small stuff. She is a busy doctor as most doctor's are that are affiliated with Hoag Hospital... sometimes it can be difficult to get in to see her but she is well worth the wait. Thank you Dr. O'Hara!

15 minutes late and she cancels my apt. I got special permission to take work off earlier 405 on Friday difficult. She dismisses me like my weeks of planning don't mean anything. But I wait 15 min. In her waiting Room no problem right ? Also she ended sentences with the word “stuff”.
