I had to go there on 2 separate occasions to have 2 different teeth pulled. She did an excellent job on both occasions and I would pick her again should I need to do it again. I'm considering now to have her to do 2 implants based on my previous experiences with her.
This has to be the worst doctor in all of Seattle. She is rude and abusive to her patients and her own employees! Don't use her and maybe a better doc will fill her shoes when she goes out of business.
Absolutely awful Dr. She works in your mouth like she is breaking up concrete. No care for the patient and overrules your concerns. Not to mention the treats your assistant staff like garbage right in front of patients even though the assistants didnt do anything wrong! I would never recommend this Dr. Ever.
Been going there for years. The staff is fablous and Dr. Smith is the best!! She makes a stressful situation as calm as she can.
Dr. Smith-MacDonald did several dental implants for me over the course of several months. She and her staff are not only very professional, but are kind and friendly too. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone needing extractions or implants.
Dr. Smith-MacDonald did my implant in June, 2006. She and her assistant were extremely kind, careful and helpful. The implant is a success, and I would recommend her to anyone. Her office staff are also extremely helpful.
