I started seeing Dr Ericka Hofmeyer for therapy shortly after my mom died, to help process grief and anxiety. Everything went fairly well for about a year, when I suddenly received an impersonal email from a receptionist (?) stating that I was being dumped as a patient by Ericka. No email or call from Ericka herself, after a year of weekly therapy sessions. The reason stated was because I "missed too many appointments." But here's the kicker! She is the best! I really appreciate how much Ericka cares. She is willing to go the extra mile and doesn’t look down on me but reminds me with a courteous call when I forget my appointment :p I love having a friend I can rely on each week to speak with. Pick her! You won’t be sad you picked her. You will only be more happy!
