Dr Schmidt is not only a caring and compassionate surgeon, he is also very capable. I’ve been his patient through a few surgeries now, with no complaints at all. Throughout my medical journey with my spine, his attitude towards patient care is calm, patient and friendly. He answers questions and provides the answers thoroughly that are easy to understand. I cannot praise Dr. Schmidt enough. Besides the fact he's an excellent surgeon, he is wonderful and compassionate person. This is a rare find in the medical industry. I'm thankful God put him in my path. He has gave be better quality of life.
Dr. Schmidt is the best!!! I will recommend him highly for anyone that needs back surgery. After almost a year of not being able to walk, at first because I had a foot amputated, and then after years of back pain and sciatica really got unbearable and I couldn’t walk at all. I was in a wheelchair for months. After Dr. Schmidt operated on me, and I went home the same day, and am doing great! Although I am sore from surgery, I have no pain at all in my hip and right leg.
